NWASBC Council of Pastors:
1. Presides over the Association’s affairs.2. Meets on a quarterly basis.3. Coordinates and finalizes decisions on Conventions and other activities of the Association.4. Plans out annual budget for its approval by the Convention.5. In special cases the Council of Pastors has the right to elect or suspend the Association’s leaders with further approval of this decision by the Convention.
NWASBC President:
1. Presides over the Council of Pastors.2. Keeps himself informed about all of Association’s activities.3. Assists in cooperation between the NWASBC member churches.4. Holds pastoral conferences.5. Makes an annual report of his activities before the Convention.6. Represents NWASBC before the governmental, religious and international entities.
Vice-President:
1. Assists the President in leadership of the Association.2. Carries out leadership duties when the President is absent.3. Assists the President in facilitating cooperation between the churches of the Association.4. Helps the President in coordinating the work of NWASBC departments.
Regional Deputy to the President:
1. Assists the President in facilitating cooperation between the churches of the Association.2. Assists in settling disputes and resolving issues in the region among the churches.3. Reports to the President and Council of Pastors.4. Assists in organizing the activities of the Association.
NWASBC Secretary:
1. Assists the President in organizing all of Association’s activities.2. Records the proceedings of all Councils of Pastors and Conventions.3. Keeps on file all the documentation of the Association.4. Assists the President in coordinating of work of the departments.5. Reports to the President and, if needed, to the Council of Pastors regarding his work. |

NWASBC Treasurer:
1. Is responsible for all accounting and bookkeeping of the Association.2. Updates the Council of Pastors about all financial activity of the Association.3. Updates the member churches quarterly regarding the amount of member fees and donations.4. Reports to the Council of Pastors and Convention.
Audit Committee:
Audits the financial activity of the Association.
Publication Department:
1. Informs the churches of the Association about NWASBC activities using printed media.2. Publishes the “Green Pastures” magazine, brochures, booklets, etc.3. Updates the website of the Association.
Department Heads:
1. Report to the Council of Pastors and President of the Association.2. Organize the work of the corresponding department.3. Hold meetings, seminars, conferences on the level of NWASBC.4. Participate in updating the website and publications of the Association.5. Report to the Council of Pastors and the Convention regarding their activities and future plans.6. If no activity was evident during annual term, the President may suspend the department head and suggest a substitute with further approval by the Convention. |
